Biography
Bai Jingfu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fengrun County, Hebei province. He was born in 1945, graduated from the law department of Jilin University, and joined the CPC in 1973. He became deputy secretary of the CPC Committee of the Ministry of Public Security in 2005.
He was an alternate member of the 16th CPC Central Committee and a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
