Biography
Bai Zhijian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wuhan City, Hubei province. He was born in 1948 and graduated from Xiamen Aquatic Product Institute, he started work in 1968 and joined the CPC in 1976, ha was a senior engineer. In 2002, he became Director of the Department of Liaison Office, Macao Special Administrative Region.
He was a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee and in 2007 became a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
