Biography
Hao Peng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fengxiang County, Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1960, entered the work force in 1976, joined the CPC and graduated from Northwest Polytechnical University in 1982. From 2003 to 2006, he was Vice-Chairman of Tibet Autonomous Regional Government. He then served as Deputy Secretary of CPC Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee from 2006 to 2013.
He is now an alternate member of the 18th CPC Central Committee and in 2013 he was elected governor of Qinghai Province.
