He Bangjing, Bai nationality, is a native of Sangzhi County, Hunan province. He was born in 1946, joined the CPC in 1965, and graduated from the Beijing Agricultural Machinery Chemical Institute in 1969. He is a member of the 17th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
