Biography
Mai Ciqiu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wuzhou, Guangxi Province. He was born in l927, and graduated from Kunming Normal College.
Mai has spent his career as a professor and academic administrator in Yunnan Province. He has also served on the provincial and national committees of the CPPCC.
